Shanghai Jing'an District Loft

This project at the intersection of Shanghai's French Concession and Jing'an District seamlessly combines two apartments into an expansive single-floor residence. Floor to ceiling windows and an open layout floods the space with natural light. The space features an underfloor HVAC system and wide plank oak flooring. The design embraces purposeful negative space and a serene palette, delivering an environment of understated sophistication.
